Installation

Three steps from box to dimming

01

Connect

Run a single Cat5e cable from the Olympus room controller to the Aspen.

02

Select zone

Use the rear zone selector switch to assign your zone — no programming.

03

Control

Rotate to dim. Press to toggle. LED indicators show intensity in real time.

Works out of the box

Zone assignment on the back of the dial.

The Aspen ships with the same 3-position zone selector as every Canyon device. Flip the switch, mount in the single-gang box, and the Olympus picks up your assignment automatically — no app required. Want scenes or schedules? The Canyon app always overrides local settings.

0
All zones

Controls both lighting zones and both 16A relays on the Olympus. The default — and the right pick for 90% of rooms.

1
Zone 1 only

Dedicates this device to the first lighting zone on its Olympus.

2
Zone 2 only

Dedicates this device to the second lighting zone on its Olympus.

Works with every Canyon device: the Tahoma, Sierra, and every Aspen use the identical selector. Swap any device at any time and the new one inherits the zone automatically.
